Payment Terms

Payment is required in full before work begins on your document. Once payment is confirmed, your order will be assigned to a qualified editor and work will commence according to your selected deadline.

Pricing

Our pricing is based on:

  • Number of pages in your document
  • Selected deadline/turnaround time
  • Type of service (proofreading, editing, or formatting)
  • Document complexity and subject matter

All prices are displayed in USD and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

Refund Policy

We are committed to your satisfaction. You may be eligible for a refund under the following circumstances:

  • We fail to deliver your edited document by the agreed deadline
  • The editing quality does not meet our stated standards
  • You cancel your order before work has begun
  • Technical issues on our end prevent service delivery

Refund Process

To request a refund:

  1. Contact our support team at support@speedyypaper.com within 7 days of delivery
  2. Provide your order number and reason for the refund request
  3. Our team will review your request within 2-3 business days
  4. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • You are dissatisfied with the content of your own document
  • You change your mind after work has been completed
  • You fail to provide necessary information or respond to editor queries
  • You request services beyond the original order scope
  • Academic or professional outcomes related to your document

Partial Refunds

In some cases, we may offer partial refunds if work has already begun but you wish to cancel, or if only part of the service was unsatisfactory. The amount will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

Dispute Resolution

If you are not satisfied with our refund decision, you may escalate your concern to our management team at disputes@speedyypaper.com. We will review all disputes fairly and respond within 5 business days.
